Monte San Biagio
Brief History

The origins of the town go back to the medieval era when on the sides of the castle, which first belonged to the Dukedom of Gaeta (867 - 906) and then to Fondi (934), there were various dwellings. The castle was built on roman ruins, whith one meter of its foundations observable not far from the Portone (or Saint Rocco's Doorway)
